St. Catherine's Department Store

Welcome to our shop. Play is an integral part of the Infant day. Recently, Senior Infants and First Class made their own Department Store. There were four departments : Mens, Ladies, Childrens and Homeware. Each group had to assign roles, market their department, make signs, make name tags and make the products to sell. All products were labelled and priced. Each department also had their own security and cleaning staff. The children had a great time and learned so much. Our Department Store was officially opened by a 'celebrity' who cut the red ribbon before admitting our customers. Have a look at us in action.
